A great rate of pay for a short-term, temporary assignment. This job is initially for a period of 4 weeks, but as it's covering sickness, it's likely that you'll be needed for longer. If you're happy dealing with people, can work to deadlines, and are comfortable using Excel, then you'll enjoy this job. You'll ensure that goods are shipped on-time and invoiced correctly. You'll work with internal colleagues and speak with external freight forwarding companies to make this happen. You'll use two bespoke systems for logistics and accounts, but don't worry, training will be given. You'll use the LOOKUP function of Excel to reconcile both systems to help to identify any errors in invoicing, which is why you'll need to be familiar with Excel. Your previous roles may have involved producing sales invoices, preparing Excel-based reports, shipping or logistics administration.
