Summary Cubed Resourcing are proud to work in partnership with our prestigious client, a world class specialist in advanced turbocharger technology and leading global supplier of innovative turbo charging and air management systems for passenger cars, light trucks and commercial vehicles who in return work some of the leading names in the automotive industry such as JLR and Ford. Our client is looking for Quality auditors to join their existing Quality team. As a quality auditor You will be responsible to carry out Quality Department activities associated with in-house quality requirements, you will be an integral team member of the Metrology Auditing department providing a professional and speedy service to our internal /external customers. As part of the Quality role you will have experience of the following; ·Accurate and timely completion of all Gauge and Machine / Capability Studies ·Programming/ operating Zeiss & Mitutoyo CMM and HommAel Formline / Round scan ·Product/ tooling measurements using conventional instruments ·Effective Manufacturing process and product audits / reporting ·Non-conformance reporting in a clear and concise manner ·Quality response support to the shop floor (Machining / Assembly), including front end problem solving (Containment) ·Timely and accurate sample inspection Forthis role you will have the following knowledge and experience; ·Experience in Product / Manufacturing Process Auditor ·TrainedCMM Programmer (preferably Zeiss Calypso / Mitutoyo COSMOS) ·Preferably trained Programmer Hommel Form-line / Round scan ·Enjoys working hard. Is action oriented and full of energy ·Understanding Engineering Drawings ·Understanding measuring techniques ·Experienced SAP User (preferred) ·Mechanical Engineering Apprentice Trained ·Understanding of IATF16949 requirements (preferred) ·Up to 2 years' experience in a similar position This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work for a world leader in their industry. Rotation shifts Mids - Nights. Due to AEO requirements - you will need to demonstrate and evidence your previous five years' work, vocational training, travel and/or periods of unemployment. You will need to provide credible references from your current/previous employers before interview stage. There must be no gap in your evidence greater than 28 days. These gaps may be evidenced using a combination of work and character references within this position.
