About the role

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Operations in the School of Business, Leading the professional services team, you will ensure the service is fit for purpose, agile and resilient to ensure a consistent, high-quality level of service. You will contribute to the development of the School's strategic plan and be responsible for the appropriate and effective deployment of financial resources.

This role reports to the Director of Operations but is crucial to supporting the Dean and Deputy Dean in the School of Business, along with working with Senior Academic and Professional services leads in the School and College. We would like to hear from candidates that have significant management and leadership experience will undertake strategic and operational leadership for the School of business that includes managing the Accreditations process and overall responsibility for the School Administration.

About you

With significant relevant experience, you will have experience of successfully leading and managing a large team. You will have experience of managing and controlling significant budgets and resources alongside a good understanding of financial management procedures. With experience of managing significant change, you be able to evidence organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage a range of projects from concept to delivery.
