Summary We are looking for someone who is keen to grow and develop in an arts administration role, developing their skills across HR, programme and events administration, within a creative and dynamic organisation. Working closely with and with training from the Senior Administrator, you will support BAC's core operations and the wider staff team through maintaining internal administrative systems and keeping accurate records to ensure our efficiency and sustainability. This is a fixed term, entry-level role so we are looking for someone who enjoys administration, has developed some solid admin and IT skills through education, training or work experience, and is looking for an opportunity to launch their career in arts administration.
