Summary Becoming a Senior HR Administrator with HR Solutions: We are looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join our team working onsite for one of our major clients. The Senior HR Administrator will support the HR Governance Team to execute their operational goals by coordinating Senior Advisor processes, managing the HR Risk, and by being the point of escalation for a team of onsite HR Administrators and Coordinators. What you will do: Administer the Senior Advisor process (onboarding, reporting, invoice processing, documentation and database management, year-end processes, and ad hoc queries) Support the HR Risk Officer to monitor and track HR Risk Incidents, including coordinate interviews on any risk incidents Process escalation point for an internal HR Administrator team all responsible for supporting other areas of HR To be an onsite escalation point for an offsite Service Centre team, liaising with Clients to resolve queries as and when required Support HR Conduct Risk Team with reconciling data from the Employee Relations Case Management System Produce and coordinate the annual Code Staff and Role Based Allowance Letter Production Proces Your experience will include: Effective communication skills both oral and written Ability to interact with a fast-paced environment in a productive manner Experience of managing confidential information and an awareness of the application of data protection requirements Excellent attention to detail and strong execution skills Organisational skills and the ability to balance various tasks while focusing on detail Excellent IT skills to include Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel About HR Solutions Capita HR Solutions helps employers to maximise the performance of their HR functions from core transactional services, through to complete organisational transformation.
