Position: Account Executive-Banking/ Virtual Location : UK Type : Permanent Primarily responsible for the account management of an assigned set of existing accounts, working within an existing high performing team. The role will also involve elements of business development within market segments with limited exposure to CLIENT. Quota-carrying role includes solving business problems, executing winning sales strategies and developing strategic account relationships; Manages relationships from opportunity review through due diligence and final contracting phases, gain customer commitment, build momentum and accelerate the sales cycle. The individual is responsible for customer relationships at all levels, ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met, driving volume and growth into new and established accounts. The individual is responsible for driving Continuous Improvement initiatives that increase customer satisfaction and drive profitable business. Ability to clearly map out the key players in the account who are involved in the decision making process, and strategies on implementing an appropriate account/opportunity plan utilising a consultative selling approach. Management of account strategy and opportunity planning that will drive profitable sales of Financial Solutions including Self Service, Branch Solutions, Software, Transaction Processing & Security Solutions, as well as the full portfolio of Services offerings including full managed services outsourcing contracts. Develops a competitive sales strategy that anticipates the competitor’s actions and utilises effective tactics to outmanoeuvre the competition and enable CLIENT to be better positioned to meet the customer’s business objectives. Required to manage sales and business results in the account as if operating their own business, while acting in the best interest of the customer. Co-ordinate and drive a high-performing team in a matrix management environment where team members are motivated to perform at their fullest potential and creatively drive customer solutions.
