Whether coaching first-time managers, resolving employee relations or managing programs that help develop our eGainers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first. Work with business leaders on team dynamics, OD and employee development. Create end-to-end HR Support for eGainers to grow, develop and thrive. Provide support and help resolve people issues, in addition to rolling out programs to support eGainers - including compensation, performance, career planning, training etc. Whether interviewing the next eGainer, refining our core programs, developing talent or simply looking for ways to inject more fun in the workplace, bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the HR field. Deliver excellent and empathetic HR support to eGainers in EMEA Help architect and implement OD initiatives Provide insightful data to assist decision making and provide scalable solutions Manage the On-boarding program Provide HR support to the business on complex challenges, answer questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR items Work with the WW Recruitment team in India to hire the brightest in the UK Work with the WW HR Ops team in India to deliver seamless HR support to eGainers Ensure all employee information in the EMEA region is accurate and up-to-date (collaborate with the team in India on this) Requirement: At least 7-9 years’ experience in the Human Resources function of a dynamic organization. Experience in the transformational side of HR. Ability to analyse data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on deep and trusted analysis. Maters degree in HR.
