The role of the direct sales manager is to develop close relationships with customers, and to build relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders. The account manager also responds to customer requests and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers. Tasks and responsibilities The main role of the account manager is the management of strategic accounts for the Hospitality client division in order to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the financial objectives of the managed accounts.The role requires selling solutions and service to respond to new opportunities in the account portfolio, maximize turnover and profitability and increase client 's market share; follow and manage the sales cycle by managing news Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest possible level by monitoring and managing key customer commitments since inception, through the ongoing support process.Responsible for establishing relationships with relevant client stakeholders. Must focus on finding the right balance between creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with existing products and services and identifying ways to expand the business portfolio within designated accounts Specific skills and level of mastery: Over three years of sales experience.Ability to think strategically and link disparate data sources to develop appropriate recommendations.Strong project management skills, including monitoring progress against the work plan, managing the scope of the project and managing multiple projects.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Language skills (French and English essential; other languages are a plus). Personality: Autonomous and highly motivated, who knows how to prospect and when to close a business, capable of producing results on time every time. Analytical and objective decision maker with an excellent attitude.Passionate and persuasive, while being pleasant and accessible.Achieves a high level of integrity with a strong sense of personal ownership.Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.Ability to gather comments and ideas, and to create synergy around a solution or a way forward.Experience in the sale of hardware, software and services, an asset.
