Field Sales Manager – Experience/Preferred Skills Experience in either events, Sales, conference management, B2B Sales Outstanding negotiating skills, excellent communication Problem-solving ability, self-motivated Target driven, Multitasker, Relationship skills Works well individually or in a team Presentable, attention to detail Field Sales Manager – Role Identify new sales leads, generate new business Contact potential and existing clients via email/phone or face to face Follow up quotes, installations - identify further opportunities Meetings with new, dormant, existing regular and semi-regular accounts, promote our products, services to achieve annual targets and maximise sales Proactively talk to customers, effectively solve problems Set task activities on the CRM Respond to new leads picked up after exhibition Send out marketing and sales collateral to prospective customers Budgeting, attend monthly sales and account management meetings Develop relation with stakeholders -internally and externally .
