Our client is a supplier of analysis, tools and services to the public, and private sectors. They are recruiting for an End User Support Analyst responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Microsoft Active Directory network, and technical troubleshooting and solutioning of end user hardware and software issues. This End User Support Analyst position is largely remote based, however on-site attendance to the equipment hosting location within the data centre (located in Reading) or the head office in Newbury will be required as and when needed, to; replace faulty hardware, reconfigure remote interfaces, physically diagnose issues, etc. End User Support Analyst Main duties would be; Providing end user support covering laptop issues, software installs, connectivity problems, etc. End users log issues via our Spiceworks Helpdesk, and the candidate would be responsible for actioning tickets logged in the helpdesk. Ongoing maintenance of our Active Directory network and servers, ensuring services are operating, we are correctly licences, liaising with maintenance suppliers, SSL & Domain renewals, etc. This role is to cover the day to day running of the back office infrastructure which supports the business.
