2nd Line Support Analyst required by our client, an award-winning insurance broker employing over 200 staff from its City base and five regional offices. 2nd Line Support Analyst Responsibilities Ensure effective delivery in the maintenance of the Core IT services to ensure business as usual operations: These services include the IT Network Infrastructure, IT Server & Desktop Estate & Architecture and ICT Estate & Architecture. Assist IT Suppliers, including onsite support engineers and Managed service desk Provision of support for the ongoing integration and merger of new business acquisitions Provide a level of support in terms of technical knowledge and advice to ongoing business initiatives To provide input to the IT Management Team to support the provision of a Strategic Roadmap 2nd Line Support Analyst Critical Competencies • Technical – 5 Years’ experience in Microsoft stack technologies (Azure and O365) • Technical – MCSA or MSP Experience. • Technical – 2 Years’ experience of Network Architecture and support • Technical – 2 Years’ experience of ICT architecture and support ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE FREE TO WORK IN THE UK FREE FROM THE RESTRICTIONS OF VISA'S AND WORK PERMITS.
