Summary Client Development Manager Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) £41,526 to £49,553 Ref: 16513 Based in Milton Keynes Two-year Fixed Term Contract, Full Time 37-hour week. Job share may be considered. The role This is a pro-active, entrepreneurial role responsible for identifying and managing opportunities to develop, build and manage key relationships with clients and partner organisations supporting the process and development of bids, proposals and projects. Skills and experience Have you got experience of working in higher education, proactively developing, building and managing long-term business relationships with commercial and educational organisations? We are looking for an experienced account or relationship manager able to simultaneously manage a range of projects and clients with the ability to create order from complexity and ambiguity whilst providing a high level of account management and client awareness. You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience. You will have extensive experience of managing commercial and business to business relationships, ideally within a higher education environment and the ability to influence senior-decision makers, with the confidence to speak up and step in to resolve issues.
