Summary The University seeks to appoint a Senior International Partnerships Manager to lead the operational management and development of our Joint Institute with the Nanjing University of Information, Science and technology (NUIST) as well as developing and contributing to other transnational education (TNE) initiatives in the East Asia / China region. The post sits within the University's International Partnerships team. Launched in September 2015, the NUIST-Reading Academy enrols 300 undergraduate students each year in China across six discipline areas, with the option to study in Reading as part of their programme. The programmes are delivered in English and the students graduate with a dual degree. The NUIST-Reading Academy has ambitious plans to expand over the next few years, adding further undergraduate programmes as well as collaboration at postgraduate level, student and staff mobility, and research initiatives. The post holder will spend a significant portion of their time contributing to further development of the NUIST-UoR partnership to ensure successful joint delivery and implementation of the Academy's 5 Year Plan.
