Supporting the Head Chef, the Junior Sous Chef will deliver food to an exceptional standard whilst maintaining high levels of quality. The junior sous chef position will be working across all areas of the business, training junior staff, maintaining high levels of kitchen hygiene and food standards and helping the head chef and sous chef to manage stock, make orders and create new menus.
