This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with expertise in personal injury and clinical negligence matters to manage their own mixed and rewarding caseload at a leading firm in North London.

• Assessing liability
• Evaluating quantum
• Obtaining and considering medical records
• Fatal accidents
• Accidents at work
• Birth and brain injury claims
• Cancer claims
• Cosmetic surgery claims
• A&E claims
• Inquests
• Mental health negligence
• GP negligence
• Negotiating settlements

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
• Extensive experience in personal injury and clinical negligence matters is essential
• It would be advantageous to speak additional languages, especially Bulgarian or Romanian
• Expertise in prioritising workload effectively
• Ability to negotiate settlements regarding a range of claims
