Job Description


At NorseCare, we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the team at Head Office. This is a full time, 37 hour per week, position.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and delivering on projects that support the NorseCare business objectives including operational development, business transformation and growth initiatives. You will ensure the successful delivery of agreed outputs on time and within budget from each of the identified projects. Within this role, you will develop comprehensive business cases and contribute to the effectiveness of the service through positive support and joint working with colleagues, customers and wider stakeholders. You will also manage project documentation so the information is compliant with agreed policies and standards, including creating, maintaining and monitoring project plans.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of project management, or equivalent transferable skills and experience, and a proven track record of delivering projects in a complex environment. You will be able to use your initiative to develop solutions and work plans based on business demands and objectives, you will be proactive and dynamic in solving problems and will ideally have a qualification in Project Management (APM or equivalent). The successful candidate will be able to take responsibility for project deliverables, have effective change management and continuous improvement and ideally the ability to develop financial models in respect of business proposals. You will also, preferably, be able to demonstrate successfully leading projects in the private and/or public sector.
