Summary Becoming a Senior Compliance Officer with Pay360 by Capita- London based or Manchester Main Purpose of Role: Closely supporting the Senior Risk Manager in all duties surrounding the ongoing compliance management of the existing merchant portfolio. Supporting the ongoing fraud management of the payment facilitation portfolio. Assisting the risk function as the compliance SME within the team and offering support when required. Ensure that Pay360 is not unduly exposed due to non-compliancy risk. What you'll be doing: Maintain and establish compliance frameworks from the ground up ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting. Making customer onboarding decisions upon reviewing customer documentation. Audit the respective automatic change emails generated by the system to ensure compliancy with the various parameters and work with the respective merchants should amendments be required. Attend onboarding calls with the respective acquirer partner bank. Ensure customers adhere to website compliance requirements. Conduct PCI related compliance work managing required documentation/audit and submission. Conduct sanction/PEP screening and resolving escalated alerts that result from the screening process/customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring. Analyse payment and compliance data to identify trends and patterns. Understanding end to end compliance operations processes and delivering improvements to increase efficiency. Ensuring customers remain compliant throughout customer lifecycle (legal/regulatory/card scheme). What we're looking for: Knowledge and experience of KYC requirements and AML regulations. Knowledge and experience of utilising associated tools for KYC screening. Knowledge and experience of compliance frameworks and its implementation. Previously working for an FCA regulated payments institution. Payments experience would be beneficial especially in a payment facilitation environment.
