Applications Support Manager required by our client, an award-winning insurance broker employing over 200 staff from its City base and five regional offices. They are looking for an Applications Support Manager to be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Applications Estate, Reporting to the Head of IT. The duties of the Applications Support Manager role: Drive advancement of applications in line with business requirements Provide high level support in dealing with incidents or problems Ensure that the core systems operate efficiently, and are updated in line with Supplier recommendations Manage the integration process with other systems. This will involve managing relationships, liaising and where appropriate, managing activities of internal staff, external suppliers, and key business stakeholders.
