Summary Service Care Legal are currently working on a unique opportunity for a Property Solicitor to join their busy and fast growing department. This role is suited to someone who has Chinese language skills, as a high proportion of the clients are from China. ROLE:Property Solicitor LOCATION:Central London DEPARTMENT:Property SALARY:DOE The Role *To work alongside other Fee Earners in progression predominantly property caseloads from inception to completion *Property matters include Commercial property, Residential Property and Conveyancing matters *There will be a high emphasis on new build property matters *There also may be the opportunity to work with caseloads including Immigration or Civil Litigation The Person *Has to have competent level of Chinese language skills (i.e. Mandarin, Cantonese, Wu) *Be a qualified solicitor from NQ level up to 5 years plus PQE *Someone who is comfortable in progressing caseloads from inception to completion *Someone who is ambitious within their legal career If you are interested in the role, or know of anyone who may be, please contact Lloyd at Service Care Legal on 01772 208 969 or email [email protected] Service Care Legal also offers a £250 referral bonus!
